Two Owners: ’63 Porsche 356B Super 90
We love it when one of our loyal readers sends us a truly great car. Today’s featured car is from Mark Starr. It is a 1963 Porsche 356 B Super 90 Coupe finished in red with black interior. This one has a T6 Karmann body and most importantly a Super 90 matching numbers motor. Other than a respray in the original color, it is a very original, unrestored car. This doesn’t happen very often so if you are in the market for an investment quality 356, read on. The Porsche was a trade in by the original owner at a Porsche dealer in West Texas in 1970 for a 914. Like selling Apple stock for a position in Commodore International. It remained in that dealers personal collection until Mark bought it. This 356 also comes with a period correct wood steering wheel, chrome luggage rack, H4 Bosch headlamps, front seat headrests to make it just about perfect. Mark says the floor pan is original and has no rust or past repairs. The headliner is original and still in beautiful condition.
