Rising Fun: ’01 Acura NSX-T

McKeel Hagerty and his astute team selected the Acura NSX as a modern car that has collectible potential. It is in good company along side the Lotus Elise, Audi TT and Dodge Viper. We’ve never featured a NSX before so we took a look around and came up with an exceptional candidate that has been treated to extensive upgrades. The NSX has covered only 29,300 miles to date. It is a 6-speed in Silverstone Grey Metallic with black leather interior. The seller says it is perfect, so perfect he grades it a 9.9 out of 10. It has a flawless maintenance record and currently has no needs. Frankly, these are pretty hot cars to begin with and the mods only make it a bit hotter. The Work wheels are finished in gunmetal and look nice on this one. This one is a Targa and we like this particular year because it is the last of the pop-up headlight cars. These are terrific sports cars that have a pretty good reputation for being reliable performers. The seller is asking $67,000 and that is top of the heap for this year but it includes all of the modifications and the original OEM parts. Sounds like a good place to start.
