Last of the 328s: ’89 Ferrari 328 GTS
If you read Mint frequently, you know we have a soft spot for a good 328GTB/GTS. There are some dogs in the series run and we try to avoid those years. You want an early carburetor car or a Quattrovalvole. Today’s really beautiful find is a well-exercised 328GTS. It is a ’89 so it benefits from all of the improvements the platform received through the years. The ’89s have ABS brakes and that is a nice thing to have. This Grigio Metallic with Grey interior is just beautiful. These 328s produce 270hp and that is enough to get it to 60 in less than 6 seconds. The current owner purchased the Ferrari in ’99 and it has 69,300 miles. It had a major service in 2009 or about 5,000 miles ago. If it is determined to need a full service, plan on budgeting around $3000 to $5000. The seller is asking $35,995 and that sounds reasonable if the body is untouched and in good shape. It also might reflect the need for extensive service in the not too distant future. Click here for the listing.
