Early Orange: ’67 Porsche 911
Crazy Porsche 911 prices of late have changed our tolerance level for absurdity forever. We have adjusted to the times and think these prices are the new normal. An early ’67 short wheel base 911 is a nice prize. They are in demand for a number of reasons including eligibility in many more vintage events. This one is totally restored to original condition maintaining the matching number drivetrain supported by a Certificate of Authenticity. It has AC and if it works, fine, If it doesn’t that’s okay too. We are big fans of the ’60s color palette so Tangerine works for us too. Now we are n’t saying $70,000 is cheap for this Porsche since it is a totally restored car. Everything now depends on how well the restoration was done and if the materials are correct. A good PPI will tell the tale. Click here for the listing.
Just a heads up… this car was listed on eBay last Fall and the seller stated that the mechanicals had just been rebuilt by MotorMeister. Anyone familiar with old Porsches will recognize that name and run for the door.
