Bavarian Cream: ’72 BMW Bavaria 3.0
We had a friend send a listing for a ’72 BMW 2002 earlier this week. They wanted our opinion and we were able to pass judgment on it rather quickly. It was yucky and it looked “messy”. Tough to rule out a car for reasons of cleanliness but it tells a lot about the owner and the care the car may have been given over the years. In walks this ’72 Bavaria and it couldn’t be more opposite of the 2002 we condemned. It appears to be well cared for, clean and in good order. It even has all of the tools in the built in tool kit. It has a rebuilt engine and has 109,000 miles. Many new parts on this one too. In fact too many to list without boring you…unless you want to buy a nice Bavaria. The interior looks pretty impressive. Again neat and clean. The seller has all of the service records and the best part of the listing is there is no “everything works but” standard line. Of course, perhaps the seller is holding back on the inoperative clock or the buzzing radio speakers. The seller is asking $11,888. Click here for the listing.
