No motel required: ’79 Volkswagen Westfalia
There is no shortage of campers on the market at any given time. Most are junk, the others are either rattle-can restorations or redecorated by Cruella de Vil. But alas, Westfalia fans yearning to relive days gone by, Mint found one in guess, what? Near mint original condition. It is finished in Mexico beige and it has a few bumps and scrapes here and there. The interior is pretty darn nice. The seller tells us the front seats were recovered but not in the original plaid. Probably a material too hard to find if not impossible. The Camper has 94,000 miles on it believed to be original. The seller is the 3rd owner. The asking price is $22,500 and that is pretty expensive but the price you’ll have to pay for original condition.Click here for listing.
