Yet another: ’72 BMW 2002
Last week’s BMW 2002 was an Inca Orange car with some modifications that were easily changed back to original with parts supplied. Today’s BMW caught our eye and although we had that Orange car , we could not pass on letting our readers know of this one. It is a California Roundie with 2-previous owners and a reported 55,400 miles. The list of mechanical improvements, maintenance and repairs is impressive. They represent what anyone would do to ensure a safe, reliable and enjoyable experience with any vintage car. And we dare say, that is not an inexpensive thing to accomplish. The Granada Red paint is 10 years old and has a few flaws popping through. The interior looks good although the seller says the carpet shows some wear. We are also told all of the gauges read normally and the windows work well. No big stereo speakers have been cut in anywhere and that is a good thing. In the scheme of things, it sounds like it is priced reasonably at $17,500. Click here for the listing.
