Some needs: ’66 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT
If you have been searching for a good solid, unmolested 105 Coupe sporting the Scalino front end, you know how difficult it is to find one. We say this about many cars but it is particularly true here. Not too long ago a ’66 Sprint GT was something you messed around with and had some fun. So many cars had color changes, engine changes or had poor rust repair. This one has some needs for sure including a rather expensive repaint plus some interior work. The seller paints a rosy picture of the engine and transmission including having a smooth gearbox. That’s a rarity in an older Alfa. The seller says it needs new tires too. Valuation of the early 105 coupe is going in one direction and that is up. If you can get this one for somewhere in the low $20,000 range you’ll have plenty left to get it looking spiffy again.
