Can’t remember when: ’72 Audi 100LS
It has been ages since we have seen an Audi 100LS for sale in our usual happy hunting grounds. Frankly, it brought back fond memories when we spotted this one. We worked at VW-Porsche Audi when 100LSs were still around and remember having one for a week when the Boss went to Germany to learn how to say Vanagon with a “Vee” sound. Wouaaanagon just wasn’t working for the Germans. The 100LS was the most successful car to come out of the newly formed relationship between Volkswagen and Audi.
