Nice ash: ’59 MGA Roadster
We prefer to feature cars in original condition rather than cars that have been treated to a full restoration. There are no shortages of restored MGs or Triumphs in various quality levels from a rattle can restoration to a full body off, nut and bolt job. But this one is finished in a very unusual color and it is called Ash Green. For a moment, we thought it couldn’t be a factory color but it is and the code is GN.2 so there. This is certainly one of those restorations that have rendered the candidate better than new. Probably way better. And there are a few personal touches added to the car like a mesh grille instead of the vertical bars. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. This car has been treated to what seems like cost-no-object upgrades everywhere you turn. Again, this is a listing that you need to read to understand the true value of the offering. It is probably the neatest non-twin-cam streamliner out there. Click here for the listing.
