Bone Stock: ’77 Ford Bronco
Unlike the FrankenAlfa we featured today, this Bronco is bone-stock. And that is a rarity in the Bronco world. They tend to get modified for all sorts of reasons. This one not only remains intact but it is all original right down to the exterior finish. The pictures are fairly high-resolution and it appears to us to need a good detailing to get those swirl marks out. If there is enough paint left maybe a wet sanding would work. But in either case, it will look infinitely better. This is a 302cid V8 with a C4 Automatic and that drivetrain combination can be seen in lots of Fords used strictly on the pavement. The Bronco has 4-wheel drive with a transfer case so it is capable of doing pretty much anything the street tires will allow. The Bronco has power steering/brakes and a Sports Package plus a matching factory hardtop. We think it will look cool without the roof and the new owner might require at least a Bimini top if they agree. These do so well at live auctions pulling in surprising numbers.
