Today is our first official day…
We have been honing our skills and tweaking our site. Now we feel ready to let more than just our test pilots know what’s going on at Mint2Me. We believe we have found some good cars for you to consider or comment on. Our hope is to have thousands more before the grim reaper calls. This is not an original idea, I get that. But Coca-Cola and Pepsi have co-existed for a century. So we think there is room for one more and if we do it better than others, we hope we will be rewarded with loyal free subscribers and a slew of submissions. Welcome to Mint2Me.
We thought it was from a 166 from the early 1950’s but it can also be from a Grand Prix car of the same era. And we believe that because it is rather tall and narrow compared to 166 sports cars. It is a little rougher in condition than the Maserati grille and looks virtually hand made. The sellers, Auto Turismo Sport, know where their father acquired this one. 
We were proud owners of a 1973 Porsche Targa. So we know the amount of pure driving pleasure this car promises. You out there who are Porsche fans know what I am talking about. You get in one of these Teutonic thrill rides and everything falls into place. It’s uncanny. 
One might ask the question, why did you lead with an MGA? Answer – because it has steel disc wheels with hubcaps.
