Corvettes have always been hugely popular used sports cars. They could be had relatively cheaply over the years and we’ll go out on a limb here and say a good portion of them have been monkeyed with to some degree. Getting them back in original condition isn’t easy and the expense is usually justified for ‘Vettes with some rarity. But every once in a while, a basic Corvette will surface in original condition. One of our frequent readers, Lou O., really wanted a new 2014 Corvette. He wanted one of the first convertibles and pay a fair price for one.
