Pennsylvania Survivor: 1968 BMW 1600
It has 40,375 miles on it but the clock doesn’t work anymore so I think we’ll pass. NOT! This is one of the best preserved early BMW 2-doors we’ve encountered since we began posting. 
Okay, it had 1 repaint in the original Florida Green so it it is not all original but let’s not argue the point and miss this opportunity. It is a fully documented 1600 with great original paperwork, keys you name it, it is original.

An XK-120 is awe inspiring in any form – Roadster, Drophead or Coupe. It had the uncanny power of changing the lives of those that gazed upon it. Too poetic, we know, but true. 
Gable bought the 1st Roadster built. Well known designer, Robert Cumberford, said sitting in one as a youth captivated him before he had a driver’s license. 
The Bronco was conceived by Ford product manager Donald N. Frey and General Manager, Lee Iacocca, who pushed it into production. The same duo was responsible for bringing the Mustang to market. They must have been pretty busy guys.
